No, I’m not Italian. No, I’m not Greek. I get asked this all the time. I do however have a lot of Italian friends and my wife is Greek. My heritage comes from France and Germany so I also feature a few German dishes like Schnitzel and Hungarian Goulash; my customers find them very “gut”. Both are my Mom’s recipe and at 89 she still cooks, bakes and drives. In my younger days I often argued with her because I was tired of always being taught by her. Now I understand – Love You, Mom!
