I have known you since you were born and your family even longer. Your father, Jacob, worked for Mau Co. for over 25 years and I still consider him the most accomplished Machinist I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my entire life. Your mother, Helen, receives a Gold Star for her baking and cooking. And I believe, Nick, that you have inherited something from each of them.
Since you and your staff have taken over our catering needs for our company picnics I have heard many positive comments from our employees and guests concerning your punctual service and excellent food. Your ribs are outstanding!
